Taytra Return Management & Refund Policy
Purpose and Scope
This policy governs returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds for the products purchased directly from Taytra through our website, authorized marketplaces, or retail partners. It aligns with the applicable rules and regulations such as Consumer Protection Act, 2019, FSSAI Packaging & Labelling Regulations, and Legal Metrology Rules to ensure consumer rights and product safety.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement
· Damaged or Leaked Products: If damaged, leaked, or tampered with on delivery.
· Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
· Improper Sealing: If the product seal is broken or improperly sealed at delivery.
· Expired Products: If the product has expired by the time of delivery.
· Quality Issues: Unusual smell, taste, or appearance.
Conditions:
· Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
· Request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
· Provide the invoice/proof of purchase at the time of pickup.
· Used or partially consumed products will not be eligible for return unless defective.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Refund
· Products returned request raised beyond 5 days from the delivery date.
· Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
· Returns without original invoice or packaging.
Return/Exchange and Refund Process
- Initiate a Request:
o Contact yourvoice@taytra.life or raise a request on our website within 5 days of delivery.
o Provide your order ID, photos/videos of the product, and a description of the issue.
o For delivery discrepancies (e.g., missing items), contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked delivered.
- Approval & Pickup:
o Our team will review return/replacement request within 48 hours.
o If rejected, notification will be sent.
o Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled from the same address, and you’ll be notified of.
o Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
o If the return is ineligible, we will notify you, and the product will be returned at your cost.
Replacement Delivery:
o Replacement items will be shipped within 3–5 working days after pickup.
Refunds
o Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days (processing time may vary by bank).
Order Cancellation
· Cancellation request can be raised only if the product has not been delivered within the committed delivery timelines.
· Approved cancellations will be refunded in full.
· Taytra reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with customer details. Refunds in such cases will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Shipping Costs
· Taytra will bear return shipping charges for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.
· In other cases (e.g., customer-initiated returns without product issues), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
