Taytra Shipping Management Policy

Purpose and Scope

This policy outlines Taytra’s shipping practices, timelines, and customer responsibilities for orders placed through our website, authorized marketplaces, or retail partners. It ensures transparency, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and a smooth delivery experience for all our products.


Shipping Coverage

·         Domestic: Available across most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.

·         International: Currently unavailable.

·         Serviceable Areas: Certain remote locations may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified on selecting the pincode, if delivery is unavailable.


Order Processing Time

·         Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

·         In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), customers will be informed via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

·         Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above ₹995 (update threshold).

·         Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below the free shipping threshold.

·         Cash-on-Delivery (COD): An additional fee of ₹25 may apply. COD availability may vary by pin code.

 

Order Tracking

·         Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/ WhatsApp.

·         Tracking can be done through our website or courier partner’s portal.

Delivery Guidelines

·         Accurate Information: Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping address, including landmark and phone number. We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

·         Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: Couriers attempt for delivery will be done 2 times. After repeated failures, the package shall be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.

·         Inspection on Delivery: Customers are advised to check the condition of the package at delivery. If damaged or tampered with, reject the package and raise the request within 48 hours through our website or mobile app.

·         Discrepancies (e.g., missing items): Must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

·         Delays: Taytra is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, courier issues). However, we will work with our partners to minimize inconvenience.


Order Modifications: Address changes or modifications cannot be made once an order is shipped.


Lost or Undelivered Shipments

·         If your package is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the notification for delivery.

·         Taytra will investigate with the courier partner. Replacement or refund decisions will be made after verification and accordingly communicated to you.


Bulk or Corporate Orders: Large orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed of revised timelines during order confirmation.
